All astrology services such as kundli analysis, career readings, remedies, or consultations are customized and delivered based on your birth details.

Once the service has been booked and delivered (even partially), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

In case of a non-delivery due to a technical issue, we will resend the report or reschedule the session without any extra charge.

These items are energized and personalized before dispatch, hence not eligible for return or refund once shipped.

If the product is damaged during transit or wrong item is received, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) and we’ll arrange for a replacement or corrective action.

Orders for digital services may be canceled within 2 hours of payment, only if work has not begun.

Physical product orders can be canceled before dispatch, after which no refund will be possible.

If you're unable to attend a booked session, it can be rescheduled once within 3 days of the original date — based on astrologer availability.

No refund will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
